Experts in enhancing real estate portfolio value

An economic interest group founded at the beginning of 2011, the Covéa Immobilier team of 228 people combines all the skills required to enhance portfolio value: technical management, property management and asset management.

This EIG is in charge of all the investment real estate of MAAF, MMA and GMF.

Covéa Immobilier also deals with the operational real estate of MAAF and GMF.

Within the Covea Financial Division, Covea Immobilier has two divisions : the Asset management division in charge of the real estates assets of Covéa and the Property management division, responsible for the management of these assets. 

In all, Covéa Immobilier manages more 900,000 square meters of property. The team has resulted in the pooling and improvement of skills, optimised processes and the deployment of a common information system.
